We license KALNOTE by computer and not by user. Licences are annual and renewable and are paid in advance by subscription. When the computer licence expires the program will cease to operate on that computer. A single computer running KALNOTE can send reminders from up to 5 different data sources. Prices vary according to the number of data sources processed. |

All software is supplied electronically as downloaded files. The evaluation system can be downloaded, installed and used free-of-charge for a limited time period subject to some restrictions on the data sources and email message content. Software registration removes these restrictions. A licence must be purchased before the software can be registered.
